📝 Deposit
To secure your appointment, all clients (new and returning) are required to pay a $50 CAD deposit.
✅ Refunded in full if you attend your appointment and pay for your service.
❌ Non-refundable if you cancel or fail to attend outside of the cancellation policy.
The deposit does not cover insurance balance — any remaining balance must be paid by the client.
The deposit helps cover administrative and preparation costs and ensures your appointment is reserved.

⏰ Cancellations & Reschedules
All reschedules or cancellations are subject to the clinic’s cancellation policy:

* Less than 48 hours’ notice: $50 deposit retained

* Less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: 100% of the treatment cost charged

✅ Any deposit already paid will be applied toward the total cost. Remaining balance charged to the card on file.
📌 All cancellations and reschedules must be made directly by the client through their Jane profile.
❌ Cancellations via WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, email, or phone will not be accepted.
⚠️ The system will not allow cancellations outside of the 48-hour window.

Please schedule these services only if you would like us to directly bill your Motor Vehicle Insurance provider. To proceed, an approval letter and additional intake forms will be necessary.
